Gîte or Room? In Rosières or in Linsolas?
Make your selection between booking a guest room and that of a family gîte in the heart of Southern Ardèche, whether in Rosières or Linsolas.
Our guest rooms as well as our "Chanteperdrix" gîte are located on our 4 hectare estate in Rosières. All year round, we welcome you to our authentic stone building dating from the 18th century. A short 500 meter road leads you to our home, guaranteeing you peace and quiet.
We also offer you the possibility of choosing our other gîte, "La Ravatière", also located in Rosières, but 1.5 km from our estate. This cul-de-sac gîte, surrounded by the woods, is completely fenced and has a private swimming pool, allowing you to fully enjoy nature.
We also provide you with three other gîtes, "les Échos de la Roche Grise", in Linsolas, near Labeaume and Ruoms and Vallon Pont d'Arc. Immersed in the scrubland, on a land of 1500 m2, "Le Thym", "Les Cades" and "La Célidoine" are judiciously spaced from each other, each with its own entrance and its private parking. To cool off, a large swimming pool, to share, is open from the beginning of May to the end of September.

For our dear guests, whether they are staying in our guest house or in the Chanteperdrix lodge, we are offering a gastronomic offer with local flavor, upon prior reservation. Come and enjoy an authentic culinary experience, made from local products. Two options are available to you: the first includes an aperitif, main course, dessert and a quarter of wine, while the second offers exclusively the main course, dessert and a quarter of wine.
During the period from May to September, our guests residing in our guest rooms will have the opportunity to enjoy our self-service summer kitchen. Equipped with a refrigerator, hotplates, grill and microwave, it will allow you to concoct your own delicacies.
Every morning, for our guest room residents, we will have the pleasure of serving you a breakfast on one of our terraces or in the stay. This morning feast, made with passion, consists of fresh bread, tempting pastries, jams and tasty yogurts, all “homemade”. Our organic coffee. A selection of teas and cereals are at your disposal. In season, the fruits come directly from our orchard or from surrounding local producers. Nothing like a delicious breakfast to start an ideal day in our beautiful region.

In each of our accommodations you will benefit from a swimming pool.
Some accommodations are equipped with parking with a charging station for electric cars.
Wi-Fi connection in all common areas, in guest rooms and gîtes.
Animals are accepted free of charge in the gîtes however in the guest rooms we cannot accommodate our 4-legged friends.
Arrival is from 4 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m. for gîtes and 11 a.m. for guest rooms.
